The SWISH Bootcamp (Virtual)


This two and a half day class is a highly intensive, multi-dimensional sales training program, packed with practical application sales skills, designed to engage all learning styles.

  • Daily Structures for Peak Performance, to remove procrastination & increase productivity.
  • How to master your first impression (The 5-Step Elevator PITCH), so you never miss a sales opportunity again.
  • 4 Levels of Learning & The Change Curve – so you’re aware of hurdles before they arise.
  • Understanding the 4 Buying Archetypes – so you can weed out tyre kickers & focus your energy on those that are motivated to buy.
  • DiSC Personality Profiling – so you can communicate with all personas.


Day 2 – 9am – 5pm (AEST) – Sales Process Day

  • The Negotiation Ladder – Prep/Intro/Framing/Discovery/Justify & Present/Trial Close/Negotiation & Follow Up/Value Exchange/WOW/Repeat & Referral Clients.
  • Features v Benefits – 18-30 Language patterns to sell emotional outcomes, not logical features.
  • Building Rapport – 6 way professionally & 4 ways socially.
  • Packaging your offer – The simple brain hack that allows your customer to make a decision instantly.
  • Objection Handling – The 4 step process to handling any objection diplomatically.
  • Re-Cap & Assessment.


Day 3 – 9am – 1pm (AEST) – Execution Day

  • Four hours of highly intensive, practical role play & LIVE feedback.
  • Tailored content based on your requests.
  • Breakout rooms.
  • On previous bootcamps, we’ve had people up to 6X their investment when making live calls in this environment.
